Introducing Broker Academy Affiliate Agreement
These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Introducing Broker Academy Affiliate Program operated by Introducing Broker, Inc., a Delaware-registered company.
Participation is subject to approval. Applicants must be 18+ and legally able to enter binding agreements.
Commissions are paid via our affiliate platform and subject to verification and compliance review.
Affiliates may use websites, email, social media, and paid advertising, provided all promotions comply with these Terms.
False income claims, misleading promotion, spam, misrepresentation, or brand misuse are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must comply with FTC, advertising, and data-protection regulations and disclose affiliate relationships.
All trademarks and materials remain the property of Introducing Broker Academy. Use is limited and revocable.
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Violations may result in forfeiture of commissions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
